Michael Dalton-Smith
An adventurer with over 15 years of experience filming in some of the most remote and challenging places in the world, Michael has led the way in the production of factual Canadian television programming. He is the Director/Producer of several TV series including Volcanic Odysseys, Kenya Wildlife Diaries and Nomads of the Serengeti, which air on Smithsonian, National Geographic and Discovery Channel.
Jess Pelow
Jess is an environmental educator with over 15 years of experience teaching children about the natural world. She specializes in the design of experiential programs and curriculum-linked materials. Jess currently works in Ontario, Canada on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek and Haudenosaunee.

Philip is a Geologist, M.S. and Volcano Interpreter who loves to share Kīlauea with all people. Creator of the Eruption Lens app, Philip has also previously managed and led VolcanoDiscovery Hawai‘i Tours, facilitated and appeared in nature documentaries, as well as provided community eruption updates as part of the crisis response to the 2018 Lower Puna eruption. He inhabits Kīlauea near Volcano, Hawai‘i with his wife and two kids.
